Maxine Mangaoang is an eighteen year old filmmaker and published poet currently based in Rizal, Philippines. She works under the pen name Cleo, a direct ode to Cleo from 5 to 7, a film she considers to be a word-for-word adaptation of her own private longings and grief.She studies BA Multimedia Studies at the University of the Philippines - Open University where she explores her skills in writing, filmmaking, cinematography, and design.
